B-mode Imaging Criteria

1. Normal

a. No structural defects noted in stent, graft or at anastomoses

b. No evidence of stenosis in host vessels proximal or distal to intervention site

2. Abnormal

a. Structural defects observed in stent, graft or at anastomoses

b. Stenosis in host vessels proximal or distal to intervention site

Ankle/Brachial Indices (ABI)

1. Most recent ABI is listed, including date of previous exam

2. Decrease of >0.15 in ABI is considered significant deterioration 3. Increase of >0.15 in ABI is considered significant improvement.

Peripheral Arterial Stent Velocity Criteria

Velocity Ratio: PSV in stenosis compared to PSV in proximal contiguous segment
