Vein Mapping for Bypass Graft

1. Diameter measurements in transverse.

2. Generally, diameters of >2.0mm are acceptable.

3. Areas of significant dilation or venous aneurysm are to be noted

4. Significant tortuosity or breaks in continuity of the vein are to be noted

5. Fully occluded or partially obstructed vein segments are to be identified

6. Chronic scarring, intraluminal or wall, is to be noted.
